Well, this might not be the best, but it's my personal favorite.
Packers vs Raiders on Monday Night Football only a day or so after Brett Favre's dad dies. Favre throws for 399 yards and 4 touchdowns in one of the greatest games of his career.
I know that that's not one specific play, but it's gotta be one of the greatest highlights in Brett's career, not to mention there were quite a few amazing plays during that game.
I couldn't find a video, but I'm sure you know what I'm talking about.

(Giants v. Patriots
it was 3rd and 11 with i think about 2 mins left in the game eli manning hiked the ball and bootlegged out to find that he was almost going to be sacked on tv u saw everybody corner eli and then he suddenly gets out and hail mary's it where there was jason tyree and 5 patriots around him. tyree catches it with one hand using his helmet as his other and just barely hangs onto it. this is the most clutch performance because if it was incomplete the game would most likely be over because it was 3rd and 11 and 4th and 11 is so hard just how he caught the ball. and after this the giants put together a key drive which ended in a touchdown catch by plaxico burress which clinched the game. the giants an 11-5 5th seed in the nfc beat the undefeated new england patriots 1st seed in the afc in the super bowl, and its all because of the giants pass rushing/getting in tom brady's face and tyree's catch
immaculate reception...even though the steelers lost to thee dolphins in the superbowl
