They usually play this music during the second half. They have been playing it quite a bit this year. It wasn't a one time deal. It is kind of like ';boom da boom boom, boom da boom boom'; and then a whistling sound. i don't know but they played ';Mr. Windell'; when they were fixing to go to a commercial break.
