Full vs. partial highlights?

what is the difference between full and partial highlights? pics would be niceFull vs. partial highlights?
Full highlights, they do your entire head. So when you put your hair in a ponytail, you have not natural looking streaks under your ponytail. But if your hair has major major layers, choose this option because you will see that hair that is low on your head.





I totally recommend partial, unless you are transitioning between two colors, or trying to get back to your natural color.





Partial, they only do the top of your head, which is totally great because if your hair is long, that hair comes down and covers, and it's much cheaper! If you want something funky, definitely partial...





There are definitely different techniques. If you want natural, go with balayage. If you want bold streaky looking, go with foils.

Full highlights is highlights all over your head. Partial is just the top and sides, not the underneath. Some people like the darker underneath so they choose partial. Partial is less expensive because it takes less time and color. If you wear your hair up full highlights would be better.
