Hair colour like this / partial highlights I think it's called?

I want to have my hair coloured (professionally lol) in this style

with the golden...brown...darkish blonde colour on top and darker colour underneath (also if you play the video you can get an idea of what I mean)





I naturally have fair pale skin, light blue eyes, med brown eyebrows and dark brown hair (with natural red undertones) will a stylist be able to achieve the lighter colour (using bleach I guess) without it going orange? any help would be good thanks.

the style she has is shadowing colors with wisp wavy hair,kinda like miley cyrus's hair.Shadowing colors are different colors on the top and bottom.

Looks very pretty... but maybe slightly darker on the whole would look better with pale skin. Take the picture to your salon and ask them to do something similar to you.
