I did a partial dye (low lights), stained my highlights, how do I get the color out?

I have EXTREMELY blonde hair, it's basically white. I chose to leave that color as is, and do a deep red underneath the blonde for a low light effect. I have done this treatment a million times and it has always come out really cool, this time I decided to use a deep red instead of a deep brown and it stained the blonde in the shower, and now my hair is pink. The low lights are a purple color. I was recently promoted at work and I can't get away with something like this, so it's important that it is fixed TODAY.

I am considering going to a hair dresser but am wondering what I might suggest to them. I really don't want to get rid of the blonde, I would like to keep it blonde, I am worried that I may have to do an all over color that is very dark.

Any advice?I did a partial dye (low lights), stained my highlights, how do I get the color out?

This is why you go to a dresser instead of doing it yourself.
YOU dont have to dye it an all over color that is dark..

this past december i dyed my hair blonde and hair thick red streaks put in it throughout my entire head... i had it done professionally and my hair dresser told me i should buy some shampoo.. it cost alot of money but it kept my streaks from fading into the blonde and dying them also ( resulting in pink) i used tha shampoo and it worked just fine... i loved it, but when my roots came in i wanted to dye it a solid color...

i asked a few people what i should do to get the red out because when i dyed it back to a light brown i wanted a nice even color..

one of my friends is actually a hair dresser and she told me i should strip my hair..

you can go to walmart or cvs or walgreens and buy a couple boxes of hair color remover.. it might be called hair color stripping or something.. i dont remember..

i used two boxes because my hair is pretty long..

if your hair is above your shoulders you prolly only need one box...

be prepared that after you strip your hair YOU HAVE TO DYE IT!

it wont be your proper color.. this product only removes the hair dye,

after you strip your hair you have to dye it the same day...

and use a color that is close to your hair color..

i used a light brown.. and usually it dyes my hair darker than the box says.. or it should be..

but when i dyed it right after i stripped my hair.. i got the result i wanted..

i hope this works for you..

id love to hear how it works out !
