ok this is a tuff question i know becuase its all the same blue or blonde or gold but since shes got black hair i think a lime green would look awesome cause its different yet authentic and if thats one of those colors mothers dont like definitely a blue or blonde maybe even white but not to much or shed look like a skunk, lol so maybe a silver. that would look cool, but whatever you or she decides make sure she likes it and is willing to have it without wondering if she looks weird so good luck to you and her with your choiceMy 13 year old daughter is getting partial highlights,but what color would suit her best? I would go some lighter shades of brown. Maybe even a few darker ones. At first just get some 1 or 2 shades lighter than her natural hair colour (talk to the hair dresser about what shades). Copper or auburn tones would look great. Don't get blonde because her hair colour is so dark anything really like will have bad regrowth and it will take a lot more matinence and being only 13 most girls this age struggle to keep on top of it.
golds or coffee brown. try a few dif rinse colors first, then let her decide which one she wants permanently =]
