Hair colour like this / partial highlights I think it's called?

I want to have my hair coloured (professionally lol) in this style

with the golden...brown...darkish blonde colour on top and darker colour underneath (also if you play the video you can get an idea of what I mean)

I naturally have fair pale skin, light blue eyes, med brown eyebrows and dark brown hair (with natural red undertones) will a stylist be able to achieve the lighter colour (using bleach I guess) without it going orange? any help would be good thanks.

P.S. if you have a similar style to this and would like to post a pic, or could help me find a pic with the same colours, that would be great, thanks.Hair colour like this / partial highlights I think it's called?
A good hair stylist will be able to do this without a problem. Bring in the pic and have a talk with a stylist, to see what they say, then go from there.

P.S. I think that hair color will look great with your fair skin and blue eyes :)Hair colour like this / partial highlights I think it's called?
I love esmee! Good choice. I had auburn hair and my stylist was able to give me brown hair with golden/carmel highlites. It's the quality of the product they use I gues, heres a sample of the hair color:

Just tell the stylist what you want, they'll be able to do it. You can do blond without it looking orange.
If you get a good enough stylist they can make your hair any color you want. My stylist does highlights and lowlights (darker color) at the same time to get this look.
