Hair colour like this / partial highlights I think it's called?

I want to have my hair coloured (professionally lol) in this style

with the golden...brown...darkish blonde colour on top and darker colour underneath (also if you play the video you can get an idea of what I mean)





I naturally have fair pale skin, light blue eyes, med brown eyebrows and dark brown hair (with natural red undertones) will a stylist be able to achieve the lighter colour (using bleach I guess) without it going orange? any help would be good thanks.

Yes, the stylist will be able to highlight your hair without the hair turning orange. That is the way I have mine done and the stylist highlighted my hair in 4 different shades going from a light blonde to a light brown.
Just go to a professional hairdresser if you absolutely, really really want colored hair.
